As Principal of the CRE Investment & Development Team at Royal LePage Commercial, West Vancouver, I bring a strategic focus and deep expertise to hospitality real estate transactions across Canada. My practice is dedicated to providing comprehensive investment advisory and transaction services, specializing in hotel and resort properties, senior housing, and land development. I am committed to guiding clients through complex acquisitions and dispositions, ensuring optimal investment outcomes and sustainable value creation.

 

With over twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have held senior management roles within luxury and upscale hotel and casino operations. Over the past decade, I have established a proven track record as a commercial real estate broker, representing a diverse clientele, including private and public corporations as well as financial institutions. My transaction portfolio encompasses all hotel asset classes, from full-service and select-service to limited-service properties, with successful execution of acquisitions and dispositions nationwide.

 

I hold an Executive MBA in international marketing and a bachelor’s degree in business, as well as a Swiss degree in hospitality management. In addition, I have completed the Cornell certificate in hotel real estate and asset management. These academic and professional credentials provide a strong foundation for my expertise, enabling me to offer insightful and data-driven solutions in hospitality real estate.

 

Beyond my professional responsibilities, I value spending quality time with my family and enjoy travelling, playing tennis, and skiing.
